City of Vincent Draft Place Plans open for comment
The City of Vincent is committed to making sure our town centres, including the North Perth Town Centre, continue to be great places to live, work and play.
The Council has endorsed Draft Town Centre Place Plans for advertising and are seeking comment on the overall place plans and specific area place plans, including that for North Perth Town Centre, by 5pm on Friday 9 February 2018.
The Town Centre Place Plans Volume Series has been developed as a set of ‘place based’ strategic documents to guide the direction of funding and resources in the City’s town centres. The documents guide the implementation of all major initiatives in the town centres.
The draft plans can be viewed on the following links to the City of Vincent Website, or you can view hard copies at the City of Vincent Library and Civic Centre.

Submissions on the Place Plans can be emailed to the City mail@vincent.wa.gov.au by 5pm on Friday 9 February 2018.
